Sometimes known as “The Lunchtime Facial”, ClearLift by the Alma Harmony XL Pro device, stimulates your body’s natural collagen, whilst delivering results with no downtime, no pain and no injury to the surface of the skin!

The handpiece on the incredibly versatile, Alma Harmony XL Pro device, is a state-of-the-art multifunctional Q-switched ND-YAG laser and works by the use of acoustic soundwave energy, which means it is gentle enough to treat the most delicate areas on the Face, Neck, Décolleté, around the eyes and even the lip area, all while minimising the risk of hypopigmentation, common with other heat-based lasers.

This treatment creates controlled dermal wound healing whilst causing no trauma to the epidermal (external) layer of the skin. The wound healing process stimulates growth of new collagen whilst simultaneously, tightening the tissue, ultimately delivering clearer, firmer and plumper skin too!

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

We offer this treatment as an individual facial, and of course, it’s included in our CULTSKIN® menu, but for optimal results, we recommend a course of 6 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart.

You can expect good results after your first session but things are really noticeable after your third, most-effective in the long term, making it a beneficial treatment in the prevention of ageing, as well as for targeting specific concerns. As the treatment is boosting your skin’s collagen production and the dermal layer of the skin, you can expect results to continue working long after your course has finished.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITHIN A CLEARLIFT TREATMENT?

A consultation with an ESHO. MD Skin Specialist or ESHO. Associate is first required, to which a patch test will be performed within the half an hour provided, so you can get a feel of what the treatment is like and we can explore what settings are best for you and your desired result.

After your consultation, you will need to wait 48 hours, before going ahead with treatment.

During the actual treatment, the area will be cleansed thoroughly, protective eyewear given and can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour, as we have significant control over the areas we can treat. The treatment is very flexible, so we can cater to your needs! This will again be clarified during your initial consultation.

WHAT'S THE AFTERCARE LIKE SINCE THERE IS NO DOWNTIME?

Since ClearLift by Alma Lasers is such a gentle treatment on the outer layer of the skin, the aftercare is pretty straight forward and not much different from your normal routine. That evening, you’ll be able to cleanse your face as normal, potentially avoid heavy exfoliation for the first 24 hours to avoid overstimulating the area and of course, stay out of direct sun and ALWAYS wear an SPF!
