How the Process Works:

1. Fill out the form below, with both your details and those of your lucky chosen referee.
2. Our Patient Care team will get in touch with them directly and introduce ourselves.
3. Once your Referee completes their first treatment, you both get a sweet £50 credit each, applied directly to your ESHO. MD Patient Account!
4. Spend to heart’s desire, and do it all over again. Submissions and therefore, the amount you can earn, are completely uncapped!

MD and the referee cannot be a previous or existing patient. The ESHO. Referral Scheme can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or packages, is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or refunds. £50 credit will be issued to both patients upon completion of the referee’s first treatment, not at time of consultation should one first be required. All information will be checked before awarded, and ESHO. MD holds the right to refuse or deny entry into the Referral Scheme if insufficient information is found.
