All of our medical doctors are fully insured under Hamilton Fraser Insurance and are also registered with the General Medical Council. Our doctors have undertaken advanced and master class training in non-surgical techniques with Allergan, Teoxane, HA Derma, and other leaders in the aesthetic industry.

Dr Tijion Esho is an award-winning medical doctor, renowned for his expertise in aesthetic medicine and an industry leader in the art of non-surgical procedures. Dr Esho’s obsession with detail, unrivalled precision, and passion for creating only the most outstanding natural results has made him one of the most influential doctors in the aesthetics industry.
Dr McCloskey is a specialist medical doctor and clinical lead for The ESHO Clinic in Newcastle. An Esho Associate, trained by Dr Esho, Dr McCloskey has led the Newcastle clinic for the last six years and treats, on average, 10 clients per day. Detail-oriented and results-driven, Dr McCloskey is an expert in advanced injectables including botox treatments, as well as in delivering precision-led facial treatments such as facial rejuvenation. He also heads up the ESHO Skin Lab – a first-of-its-kind subscription skincare services developed by Dr Esho for all clients in Newcastle and the surrounding area.
Dr Tabares in an ENT surgeon with ten years of experience in advanced injectables, using the signature ESHO less is more approach.
Dr Tabares is half Nigerian, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and also trained with Dr Esho in plastics during their senior surgical training together.
She is be based in our Wimbledon clinic.
Dr Bianca Hahn is a specialist medical doctor with a background in anaesthetics and later qualified as an NHS GP. With her passion for skincare and cosmetic dermatology, her interest in aesthetic medicine was a natural progression. She has been expertly trained to offer a truly holistic and patient centred approach by Dr Esho and Dr McCloskey at the Newcastle clinic. You will be guaranteed a personal and individualised treatment plan leaving you glowing from the inside out!
The Lead skin specialist at Dr Esho’s clinics, as well as the manager across all UK clinics, Annice brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Originally from Surrey, Annice has worked across The ESHO clinics for over six years. As clinic manager, Annice is responsible for all aspects of patient care, as well as the overall operations of the three flourishing clinics. The first port of call for all pre- and post-treatment care, Annice is the heart and soul of the Esho brand. Her warmth and passion is indisputable, as is her in-depth knowledge of the Esho Skin Lab, where she leads on many of the patient’s skin protocols. She is also an expert for the Alma Laser machine. When in clinic, Annice typically sees 10-12 patients per day.
Rizwana comes to The ESHO clinic after leading HR and operations for Archie’s in Manchester, a hugely growing family-run fast-food chain that has captured the celebrity and millennial market. Kevin Hart, Rita Ora, Neyo, The Game, and Nas are just a few of the famous faces who have visited and raved about the burger brand. Prior to that, Rizwana was a key member of the HR team at Next, the fast-fashion brand with over 40,000 employees. Within her role at The ESHO clinics, Rizwana will be helping to develop consistent brand policies, an HR structure, and ensuring all operations run efficiently across each clinic as the business continues to grow and scale.
Laura has spent several years as Senior Director at PWC and has utilised those skills to oversea operations across the ESHO. brand.
Victoria has a strong background in retail, starting off in fashion and then moving to the world
of luxury cosmetics a decade ago. She spent the majority of her career at LVMH in
commercial and sales positions across multiple layers of the perfume and cosmetics
organisation. In 2020 she brought her established corporate experience to Nêô Sephiri, a
new start up sustainable skincare brand, to launch their first products to market.
Her role with ESHO. will be focused on the commercial development of the brand and
strategic partnerships to grow and lead in the skincare market.
Amy is one of our amazing Skin Specialists based at our Wimbledon Clinic. She is highly skilled and experienced, whilst being extremely motivated to be the best. There is nothing she doesn't know about skin!
Elizabeth is the Front of House Manager, based in our Wimbledon clinic. Elizabeth supports all aspects of administration, whilst also treating patients too. Elizabeth is also one of the Esho clinics advanced skin specialists. Her passion for the industry shines through and her love for all things wellness aligns with her treatments as she also teaches yoga in her spare time!
Alisha is part of our growing Customer Relations team. Previously working in many different clinics, she is very skilled and experienced and with a big personality to match.
Lucy is one of our amazing Skin Specialists based in our Wimbledon Clinic. With her vast level of expertise and knowledge Lucy has travelled overseas and back to share her love for everything skin.
Ashley has over 6 years of experience working with skin and laser, she is passionate about her clients, wanting them to look and feel their best. Ashley has plenty of experience, having worked in various medical spas across the UK. She is ready to start transforming the faces of Liverpool!
Rubey has an in depth knowledge of the beauty industry and a background in makeup artistry, she is one of Newcastles most well known and talented makeup artists. Rubey is passionate about skin and aesthetics, she will be the Clinical Assistant and front of house at The ESHO Clinic Newcastle, dealing with customer relations and overseeing the day to day running of the Clinic.
