Can I have my treatment on the same day as my consultation?
We are unable to offer any injectable treatments (dermal filler) on the same day as your consultation. This is in line with General Medical Council guidelines who suggest we do not treat you for a minimum of twenty-four after your consultation. This is in the best interest of all of our patients as it allows for time to think about the outcomes and risks associated with any aesthetic procedure before proceeding. This policy does not apply to anti-wrinkle injections.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my booking?
We are required to take a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm an appointment. This is in the interest of fairness to all patients as our clinics are very busy and often have a waiting list. If you are booking a consultation, we will process the full price of this upon booking. For any other bookings, we are required to process 50% of the treatment price as a deposit.
Can I change my appointment after I have made a booking?
The ESHO Clinic team are happy to rearrange or cancel your appointment if a minimum of 7 days notice is provided from your appointment date. As per our ESHO Clinic terms and conditions, any less that 7 days notice before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. Any missed appointments, such as post-treatment reviews that are not cancelled within 7 days notice will result in a £50 fee. All of our deposits are non-refundable.
Can I choose which doctor I would like to see?
Please specifiy upon booking if you would like to see a certain doctor and our team will provide you with the dates available. The ESHO Clinic booking system also allows you to select who you would like to see for your treatments, should you have a preference.
Can I purchase The ESHO Clinic gift cards?
