RF  & micro needling

RF and micro needling therapy is a treatment that helps rejuvenate and boost collagen in the skin. This treatment can help aid acne scarring, resurface the skin and remove fine lines and wrinkles.

RF Needling F&Q'S

RF needling is suitable for most skin types and tones. It is recommended patients have at least 3-4 sessions, a month apart from each other to receive optimum results.

RF needling is a non-invasive treatment for imperfections on the skin. Using Radio Frequency technology, this treatment boosts collagen growth and improve the overall health, look, and feel of your skin. By using a roller with tiny needles that barely penetrate the skin – not enough to cause any damage, but enough to “trick” your body into thinking that damage is awry and to start producing more collagen in the treated area. The microneedling pinpoints the RF technology to the second layer of the skin (your dermis) to promote volume, collagen growth and tightening in your skin.

The most popular area to receive this treatment is on the face. However, the neck and chest are also very common areas, and many clients have started to get microneedled on their stomachs as well. The treatment will help any treated skin with decreasing wrinkles, fine lines, scarring and stretch marks.

Traditional microneedling uses a device that creates micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating the body’s own healing response to start producing collagen and elastin. This is what tightens the skin to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, etc. RF Needling adds the element of radio frequency to the device so that the effects you get from regular microneedling are much more deeply penetrated into your skin’s inner layers for quicker, and more impactful results.

The results of this treatment will vary from patient to patient depending on the severity of the skin issues the individual is suffering with. It is recommended 3-4 sessions that will take place once a month, the condition of the skin will be then evaluated and the next steps will be advised.
