Cheekbone fillers have the ability to give patients a more defined and pronounced cheekbone appearance. This is achieved by injecting dermal filler along the contour of the cheekbone until desired outcome is achieved. It can also be used to replace volume that may have been lost over time.
The ESHO Clinic are committed to minimising any discomfort which may be felt during the procedure. A fine needle is used, and local anaesthetic can be given in the form of:
- Topical cream
- Anaesthetic is also combined within the filler product
There will be small amount of swelling initially, but this usually subsides within 48 hours. The ESHO Clinic offers a review appointment 2 weeks after the initial appointment to see how the swelling and treatment has settled.
Approximately one year + but this can vary depending on the patient
Results are evident immediately. Minimal swelling and redness may appear, but this should fade quite quickly and this is temporary.
