Can I have my treatment on the same day as my consultation?
We are unable to offer any injectable treatments (dermal filler) on the same day as your consultation. This is in line with General Medical Council guidelines who suggest we do not treat you for a minimum of twenty-four hours after your consultation. This is in the best interest of all of our patients as it allows for time to think about the outcomes and risks associated with any aesthetic procedure before proceeding. This policy does not apply to anti-wrinkle injections or other skin and body treatments, instead, this will depend on the availability on the day.

I’ve been seen by Dr Esho ages ago, do I still have to book in a consultation?
Such a pleasure to welcome you back to the ESHO. MD clinic! If you’ve last had an appointment, whether that was a consultation, treatment, or even the same treatment you’re wanting to have re-done, I’m afraid it’s now company policy that should your last visit be over a year ago, a brand new consultation is required. Existing patients do receive a discounted price for consultations with Dr. Esho when booking back in though!

Do I have to pay a deposit for my booking?
We are required to take a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm an appointment. This is in the interest of fairness to all patients as our clinics are very busy and often have a waiting list. If you are booking a consultation, we will process the full price of this upon booking. For any other bookings, we are required to process 50% of the treatment price as a deposit.

Can I change my appointment after I have made a booking?/How do I cancel or change my appointment?
We understand, sometimes things happen! And last minute changes have to be accommodated for. We’re happy to make amendments to existing appointments made within the diary, however, they will need to be discussed with the clinic at least 7 days prior to your appointment, otherwise your deposit or a session from your subscription/course are liable to be forfeited. Exceptions are only made in the instance a Doctor’s Note is provided, however, this decision is at the discretion of the management team. Any missed appointments, such as post-treatment reviews that are not cancelled within 7 days notice will result in a £50 fee. All of our deposits are non-refundable.

Can I choose which doctor I would like to see?

MD Clinic booking system also allows you to select who you would like to see for your treatments, should you have a preference.

How do I make an appointment with Dr Esho in Dubai?

Who do I contact in the case of an emergency?
If you’re worried, anxious or in the case of an emergency, within opening hours, feel free to call us on our main line number, 0203 970 4693. However, we also have a dedicated emergency line, open 24 hours a day, to which you can call, Whatsapp message or call directly either, on 07311799185.

How do I purchase products or a Gift Voucher?
You’d have to have been living under a rock to not know about the ESHO. product line, specifically for the care and nourishment of our lips. We’ve won numerous awards, and continue to develop the brand, offering you the best of the best – now also available at top retailers, Amazon, ASOS & Flannels. Due to the nature of the skincare products we retail and prescribe to our patients, your skin has to be assessed by a trained, skin specialist or medical professional, before they can be purchased online. For all skincare advice, we’d recommend booking in a consultation here, to get the tailor-made information offering you the best possible results. For all existing patients, visit our online store, The ESHO. Shop to purchase products previously recommended from your skin specialist.
